Suggestion to log a place when you are nearby a bookmarked place
Rex should send a push notification or have a Siri suggestion widget come up (whichever is easier) when the user is nearby a place they have bookmarked as want to try. Need to ensure they dont keep getting spammed by it though in case they keep coming nearby it or are nearby it for a while
