Add ability to hit reply to a comment, which auto tags (@) the person who commented (BeReal feature)Hitting reply, should pull up the keyboard and the @user should already be populated

When @'ing in a comment, currently we can only see 4 friends. Keep it at 4 friends but make the popup scrollable where you can scroll through all your friends to see who to @. Right now we are needing to type out that friend name further to see it show up after @'ing

Currently when @'ing we need to type out the username for match to happen, make it username OR profile name match (both instead of one). But when the user clicks on the user they want to @, the text box should always still just populate with @username for simplicity.
